Disputing Credit Card Charges
Prior to disputing a credit charge contact the Sullivan Boutique.
If you have a question regarding the charges on your credit card
please contact boutique@sullivan-ent.com.
If you contact your credit card company and dispute the charge,
SEII is automatically charged a chargeback fee and SEII will incur
admin costs addressing the issue. If you are incorrect in your dispute,
SEII will charge an additional $50 to cover administrative fees
associated with the dispute. If the dispute is correct no charges
will apply.
