At Sullivan Entertainment, we want to make sure that you are very satisfied when you shop with us, so we have made our exchange policy simple. We will be happy to exchange any item(s) that you are not completely satisfied with as long as items are returned in the original condition within 30 days of receipt. We ask that you return items with the original invoice and a written explanation of the return. Video and music products may not be returned once the original packaging has been opened unless defective. Please mail the item back to Sullivan Entertainment and let us know if you would like the same item or if you would prefer to exchange it for another item of equal value. If you are exchanging an item, please let us know what you would like in place of the item being returned. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid—we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will pay the shipping costs for the order to be sent back to you in exchange. Address your prepaid package to:

The Sullivan Boutique is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the items you are returning during shipment.
